Can we migrate from our current email provider?
Often yes. Zoho provides migration options for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, IMAP migration from other servers, and split delivery so part of your team can move first. Zoho notes that a 1 GB mailbox typically takes about 15 minutes, depending on network speed and mailbox size, and recommends migrating in batches of about 10 users. The approach for your company depends on the source system, the volume of data and the project scope, so we confirm it during planning.
How is pricing determined?
